Every Sylvia Lake photographer has at least ONE shot that is a classic lake shot; one that is the quintessential Sylvia Lake photo. This process has been a showcase for those great photos. The Sylvia Lake online community voted for the top 12 photos. This year's winner was photographer: Pat Corbett. He writes: "It's a common view looking south along The Island, but an August sunset on Sylvia Lake makes it uncommonly beautiful." Pat received their photo, framed, with the contest name and date on the bottom of the picture. These top 12 photos were featured in the Sylvia Lake 2016 calendar.
