August 28, 2011 - Mark Winters writes: My wife Andrea is a tile & wall mural artist. She painted this image of Sylvia Lake for my sister Kristen (Short) on tumbled marble, thought ya'll might like to see it! Andrea is from Northern California via Seattle loves it at Sylvia Lake and the kids are talking about returning each summer as soon as they leave! Glad ya'll had a nice summer, been over 100 degrees every day (except 2!) since we went on vacation there June 28th! (Mark and his family live in Fort Worth, TX. Mark's father, Duane Winters, lives in Gouverneur and owns Riverside Iron Works.)
